Winemaker John Emmerich mingled with the guests and went to each table to speak about the three featured Silverado wines. Selected were the 2008 Miller Ranch, Single Vineyard, Sauvignon Blanc; the 2007 Napa Valley Chardonnay; and the famous 2004 Napa Valley Fantasia, which is only served at Tip Top Club 33 at Disneyland.
