Tequila is considered to be Mexico’s national drink because it has played a huge role in the nation’s culture, history, and ecology.  Top players, both domestic and imported, will be sampling their wares along with specialty cocktails prepared by inventive mixologists.

Chef Walter Eckstein has created special hors d'oeuvres to complement this lively spirit.
