Recap of the Lawry's Catering College Football Tailgate Season for 2013

2013 was a fun tailgate season for Lawry's Catering. We invested in new uniforms, giveaways, sponsors, and new staff.
We went from catering seven tailgates the past year to fourteen tailgates this past season! We continued to cater the entire USC home season but also added three UCLA home games at the Rose Bowl. 

The Bruin fans were thrilled to see Lawry's Catering at the Rose Bowl Fan Zone.  Most likely we will be back the next season and tailgate all their homes games!

 

In addition to the home games, we were able to cater private tailgates for a couple of corporate companies that heard of our awesome tailgate from across the country. We catered to Citibank for the USC vs. Stanford game in November at the Los Angeles Coliseum and for AT&T during the UCLA vs. Washington at the Fan Zone outside the Rose Bowl.  We ended the season by catering the  Rose Bowl game with Michigan State vs. Stanford and as well as the BCS game with Florida State vs. Auburn University. 
 

There was a lot of buzz about our tailgates all over the nation.  We were getting calls from the East Coast and Midwest just to come to one of our tailgates.  It must have been for the delicious menus we were creating.  We create each menu based on what team is playing, the time of day, and based on weather.  One of our fun menus we featured was for the USC vs Boston game where we had a brunch menu that featured Baked French Toast with Brown Sugar Streusel and...

For our first tailgate at the Rose Bowl for UCLA vs Washington Huskies, we had a great turn out with 180 tailgaters!
