Lawry's Weddings at Stone Manor

We just received the photos from one of the weddings that we catered in April.  The venue was Stone Manor, one of my favorite places to be!  I had the pleasure of working with Sylvia and Jonathan, the bride and groom. We started planning their wedding over a year ago and involved Priscilla, their on-site coordinator from Valere Productions a few months before the wedding date. I worked with a terrific vendor team that included Duke Photography, Valere Productions, and Smart Party Rents.

The hors d'oeuvres we hosted for the cocktail hour were mini crabcakes with remoulade sauce, goat cheese, purses with caramelized onions, bacon wrapped dates, and coconut shrimp with red curry sauce.

We were able to bring two of our silver carts for our signature roasted prime ribs of beef to the site, which gave the reception area a stylish and elegant look.

Sylvia and Jonathan wished to offer an additional special treat after their dinner.  Together we came up with an elaborate fruit station that was a great success.  We served delicious yogurt-mint sauce, Grand Marnier sauce, and a caramel sauce to accompany all of the yummy fruit.
